Alex entered his first official competition this past weekend.  The Georgetown Main Street Program sponsored a “Lego My Georgetown” building contest for kids 5-14.  The kids were to build some portion of downtown as it might look in the year 2055.  The Georgetown effort was modeled after the Lego 50th anniversary “Brick to the Future” national competition.  Both Chris and Alex actually registered, but Alex used all of our Legos on his creation, so Chris deferred to his older brother.

If Robert Frost were a cynic, would the poem have ended differently?

THE ROAD NOT TAKEN

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood
and sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveller, long I stood

I'm not sure how to manipulate the Google Ads that appear on my site.  It's a bit ironic that I posted one article regarding PbbbEbbTbbA, suggesting that the group find something else to do with their time, and suddenly my site becomes an animal rights activist "stuff-mart."  I don't think that's really my target audience.

Lest the reader be confused on where I stand; God gave Adam and Eve ANIMAL fur as clothing, and told Noah to add MEAT to his menu.  If it's OK with God, it's OK with me.  And really, in this fallen world are not all creatures, great and small, members of an endangered species?
